• Les pages sont reliées avec une spirale, ce qui permet de l'ouvrir très facilement sur une table de cuisine. Une fois ouvert, plus besoin de chercher à maintenir les pages.
• Le grammage des pages est important (170 g), ce qui permet au livre d'avoir une bonne rigidité et un bon maintient.
• Les pages de recettes sont en vis-à-vis. Vous avez les ingrédients d'un côté et la recette de l'autre.

I had been wanting to create a book with my drawings of woodcock made entirely with a painter's pen for a very long time. It was quite by chance that I came across an old recipe book dating from the 30's that my companion had bought (he loved cooking and loved books). It was while I was looking through these yellowed pages that I had the idea of putting together in a book, recipes on the beautiful mordorée and my drawings made with a pen. After a lot of research, I managed to collect about 50 recipes. And to make this book really unique, I have also reserved a few pages for your own recipes: those created according to your inspiration or those passed on by a loved one and which remind you of unforgettable moments of conviviality. This book will be your book, to use without moderation and why not to perpetuate the transmission so that future generations continue to cook the beautiful mordorée as in the beginning of the 20th century or as their parents or friends did.
